Billing

• All investigations are billed on an hourly basis. We feel our clients should not pay for a full day if we only need to work one or two hours.
• Asset recovery is billed at 20% plus a hourly rate.
• A retainer may set up based on a long term investigations. Some in-depth investigations may require a 50% up front fee. If the client opts for a contract a per diem rate may be established.  
• All our cases are handled in a swift and cost efficient manner in order to benefit our clients.
• All investigations are documented. Upon completion of the investigation all work product will be given to the client or destroyed. This may include but may not be limited to reports, photographs, video, and/or audio.
• All our investigators are trained professionals, having received state and federal training.
